Securitas: Expanding operations in the USA

Securitas will acquire Moore Security LLC, which oprates in Indiana and Kentucky in the USA. The business will be integrated into Securitas' operations from 13 March. Earlier in the month, the company also acquired Akal Security Incorporated in Hawaii.
