Cinema technicians conclude regional convention in Latin America

During its last meeting in Rio de Janeiro, FITEC, the Latin American Federation of Cinema Technicians ratified a Regional Convention on Minimum Working Conditions for film productions in the entire Latin American region. A first draft of the convention was formalized in June 2009 and was ratified in November.
