The agreement with the Anti-Racist Centre involves an annual financial support of 25,000 million in four years, a total of NOK 100,000.



Thirteen other trade union federations have joined the agreement with Postkom.



The tragic events of 22 July last year revealed that there are right-wing attitudes and forces in Norway which are a danger to society. The terrorist attack was carried out by a fanatical person with such attitudes and began using brutal violence against defenseless fellow human beings to realize his crazy theories.

The Anti-Racist Center will use the funds for work on the Web and in the community to respond to right-wing attitudes. In addition, they will assist Postkom in fighting right-wing forces and attitudes in society and working life.



Unions that are part of the agreement are: Industrial Energy Union, El & Technology Association, The Norwegian Food and Allied Workers Union, Trade and Business, Norwegian Post and Communications Association, Public Organization, Association for Management and Technology, LO Stat, Norwegian Workers, Norwegian railway Association, the Norwegian Seamen's Association, the Musicians' Unions and the Norwegian Locomotive Man Association.
