The annual global meeting with Kimberly Clark is scheduled to be held in Atlanta later this month. Participating in the global meeting will be union representatives from the US, Brazil, Venezuela, Spain, Thailand, Malaysia and the UK. As well as workplace representatives UNI will be represented by Marvin Largaespada, the regional Director for Graphical & Packaging from The Americas and Steve Walsh the HoD of UNI Graphical & Packaging.



One of the key topics for discussions is the ongoing relationship between KC and UNI particularly around critical issues such as precarious employment and contract workers. The meeting is an opportunity for both parties to have a frank exchange of views on matters that affect the lives of working men and women throughout the regions that KC operate in.



This is the 3rd meeting at a global level that has involved workers from the different regions.
