The first UNI Hong Kong Liaison Council (HKLC) Day Camp was held at Sai Kung Outdoor Activities Site last Sunday, January 13.



It was attended by 32 persons including executive members from 4 UNI’s Hong Kong affiliates: the Hong Kong Building Management and Security Workers General Union, the Hong Kong Disneyland Cast Members’ Union, the Pacific Century CyberWorks Staff Association and the Retail Commerce and Clothing Industries General Union – Insurance and Finance Practitioners Solidarity Sector.



The main topics of the meeting were “Way Forward” and “Organising”. Group discussions were held on important topics like: How to increase the strength of the Union; How to Organise effectively; Future Planning for each Union and Sharing of Work within each Union. The 4 Unions also discussed the future co-operation between one another.



Participants agreed that it was a successful and meaningful gathering of executive members from different unions. The HKLC would like to thank UNI Apro for its support.
