I have pleasure to invite you to the TCA Workshop, which will take place in Brussels on 14 September 2015. The meeting will start at 10:00 and will end at the latest at 16:30. The workshop is organised with the financial support of the European Commission.

Participants

About 25 participants will attend the workshop. Priority will be given to the members of the TCA high level-working group. If the members cannot attend he/she should designated a substitute to attend the workshop.  

Interpretation

During the seminar, interpretation will be organised in French, English, German and Italian.

Accommodation

UNI Europa is no longer managing hotel bookings. We have though made arrangements with the THON EU hotel situated a few minutes walk from our offices (75, Rue de la Loi, 1040 Brussels). The hotel bookings can be made online via their website www.thonhotels.be and using the UNI Europa customer number TH21621650 as well as the company name UNI Europa. You can then make your booking at the best available rate of the day with a 17% discount.

Reimbursement

Twenty-five participants can be reimbursed thanks to the financial support of the European Commission.

The budget for travel expenses is strictly limited to 450€ per participant. Expenses must be settled in line with the EU guidelines, which means:

The shortest route of travel is to be chosen using the most reasonable means of transport. Train tickets will be reimbursed in 1st class carriages.
Business class flights will not be reimbursed. The minimum distance to have flight costs reimbursed is 400 km. Travel by car will be reimbursed for the price of a 1st class train ticket.

UNI Europa will reimburse costs of accommodation for 1 night. The budget for accommodation is strictly limited to € 140.

Reimbursement claims need to be sent back to the UNI Europa secretariat within 15 days after the meeting. Please use the attached reimbursement form. Please add the original tickets and invoices as well as your boarding passes. Please include IBAN and BIC for international bank transfers.

Insurance

UNI Europa cannot take out any insurance for participants. Insurance cover must be provided by the affiliate concerned or individually.  Those participating in the meeting do so at their own risk.
