Interpretation

The meeting will be conducted in English. Exceptionally, interpretation can be organised in one or two languages. Please let us know if it is necessary to organise interpretation by the 30th October 2015.

Accommodation

UNI Europa is no longer managing hotel bookings. We have though made arrangements with the THON EU hotel situated a few minutes walk from our offices (75, Rue de la Loi, 1040 Brussels). The hotel bookings can be made online via their website www.thonhotels.be and using the UNI Europa customer number TH21621650 as well as the company name UNI Europa. You can then make your booking at the best available rate of the day with a 17% discount.

Insurance

UNI Europa cannot take out any insurance for participants. Insurance cover must be provided by the affiliate concerned or individually.  Those participating in the meeting do so at their own risk.
