UNI Telecom workshop participants visit call centres in Nairobi

On October 30-November 1, UNI Telecom call centre workers' workshop took place in Nairobi, Kenya. Around 20 participant from 12 African countries discussed organising and employees' representation in call centres. They heard of experiences from other regions and sectors as well as of UNI's activities as far as call centres were concerned, namely the annual Action Month for customer service workers.

Dressed in the Action Month T-shirts, participants visited Zain and Kenya Telecom call centres in Nairobi where they talked to employees and distributed information material.
