This Wednesday, January 13, 2010, open trial Police versus Manu Gonzalez, delegate CNE, for rebellion against the police, on complaint of a police officer. The incident occurred at the social conflict at Carrefour in late 2008. While activists established a picket line in compliance with all procedures, the police intervened Manu Gonzalez dragging by the feet before the arrest and bring charges against him (see details attached).



Video footage of the altercation, already broadcast on the television at the material time, will be screened during the hearing. But beyond this trial is all right to strike is challenged! Two hundred activists CNE will then present to denounce the criminalization of social movements:
