You are invited to attend the UNI Europa Professionals and Managers’ (UNI P&M) conference which will is being held at the Danish Society of Engineers (IDA) conference centre in Copenhagen, Denmark from 12-13 September 2017. The event is being is being sponsored by the Association of Nordic Engineers which represents UNI affiliated engineer unions in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

All UNI Europa affiliates who want to increase the organisation and representation of P&Ms in their trade union should participate. During the conference participants will look at ways to meet the changing skills need in the labour market and workplaces, as well as analysing the opportunities for P&M trade unions at a time of digital transformation. The meeting will use panel debates, guest speakers, and affiliate-led workshops to share best practice of how unions can find solutions to meet the needs of high-skilled workers. The conference will also be an opportunity to meet the UNI Europa P&M Steering Group to discuss the work programme, and plans for the year ahead as UNI prepares for its World Congress in Liverpool during June 2018.
